We like to keep things nice and simple.
All you need to do is decide which class suits you best by looking at our timetable.
Tai Chi classes, Yoga classes and Qi Gong classes are all listed with weekly times and locations.
You do not need to book; there is always space unless we say so in the timetable.
We never mind if you email or phone us to check, or to ask questions. We will always respond quickly.
Come along to your first session at least 10 minutes early. Our instructor will take your name and ask if there is anything we need to know about your health. We don’t store any of your data.
Most regular students pay monthly by standing order. If you attend every week, it’s a great deal.
You don’t need to bring anything with you. Just wear loose comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes are all standing only, so wear flat soled shoes, like a pair of trainers. You can have bare feet if you like.
Yoga classes are taught standing, sitting and lying down, and most people have bare feet, but you can have socks on or even light trainers if you prefer.
We provide small mats but bring your own if you have one.
You can get a head-start on learning Tai Chi by using our easy-to-follow videos.
There are hundreds of 3-5-minute clips for each separate move, you can follow them along easily and get your exercise away from class and learn the sequence we teach in the classes.
Most of our students use them and say they are brilliant!
Come along and join us. Just turn up. You do that, and we will take care of the rest.
