Seven Stars winter warmer party Friday February 21st 7pm-late
Please come and join us for our special school fundraiser at the lovely Southsea Cinema Palmerston Road PO5 3QQ
Bring your dancing shoes, or just come along for a chat, but please try to make it, and bring your friends as well! You’ll be helping both us and our friends at the independent cinema to raise funds and keep running.
Entrance is £15, you can either pay in advance at the class or just come along and pay on the night.
If you could pay cash, we would very much appreciate it.

Understanding Tai Chi theory
Our instructors have asked for a workshop covering some of the more advanced aspects of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga theory.
We will show you how to develop your Chi energy by calming your mind and help you to align your body to become more powerful and relaxed.
Beginners can join us, because the theory is easy to understand; you just need to apply the theory to your practise in the classes to make it work.
Come along and find out what it’s all about; all you have to do is turn up!

You can access hundreds of online videos made by us to help you at home or away from the classes, simply access them via our website www.yoga-taichi.co.uk and clicking ‘join us online’ on the homepage.
You can learn Tai Chi by using short step by step videos, all of them offering a choice of a standard or ‘mirrored’ version, that you can slow down and rewind to your hearts content.
There are videos to learn advanced forms, like Tai Chi stick and sword forms, and Wild Goose Qi Gong. We also have follow-along Yoga and Qi Gong videos, some of them nearly an hour long; perfect for when you can’t make it to class, or just to do a little extra!
