Tai Chi Workshop

Join us for a workshop on ‘hidden secrets and applications within the Tai Chi form’
Understanding is the key to practising Tai Chi; in this workshop will show how your Chi is affected by small changes you can make to the movements, and show you how to understand the practical applications by working with an experienced partner or in small groups.
There will ba an extra hour 2.30-3.30 for advanced students and instructors to practise their weapons forms. For an extra £10 Pay on the day in cash, no need to book, and you can invite anyone who might be interested to join us.
