Qi Gong Classes

Our teacher has been learning, teaching, and practising Qi Gong for over 30 years.

We teach classic Qi Gong sets with full explanations of origins and effects, single exersises to boost specific areas of health, and martial Qi Gong to strengthen power and technique.

These classes are suitable for everybody, regardless of age, balance, fitness or coordination.

All will be improved greatly.

 

 

Yoga Classes

Learn this beautiful style of Yoga from a teacher with 40 years experience in internal energy cultivation.

Seven Stars Yoga blends authentic Yoga and Qi Gong exercises into a system you won't find anywhere else.

It will improve your physical and mental health, make you stronger and more flexible and teach you how to cope with stress and anxiety.

 

Our classes are closed bank holiday weekends but are usually open during half term and school holidays

People who are experienced in Yoga these days are mostly taught the same system, that style is great, ours is too.

 

The way we teach is genuinely the original way energy cultivation was developed, because  Yoga and Qi Gong were developed together and perfectly compliment each other.

 

Everyone these days recognises and understands 'Yoga', but what is Qi Gong?

 

Qi Gong is moving the body and breathing while calming the mind in a way that encourages your 'Chi' energy to develop. These Qi Gong exercises are usually done standing, moving the arms in slow, flowing patterns in time with breathing. 

 

Our hour long classes systematically guide you through a series of restorative Yoga and Qi Gong exercises that heal, strengthen and calm the body and mind. To be honest, it's just fun to do! 

 

Our classes are very straightforward, no need to twist yourself into a pretzel, and you can wear anything comfortable, no need to wear trendy Yoga clothing or look glam, we'll even provide a mat if you need one!
