Teaching you safely and responsibly
We want you to enjoy our classes however we will follow strict guidelines to keep you all safe.
We will ask you to use different doors to enter and exit all classes. We must ask that you do not congregate anywhere near the doors, either when you are waiting to go in or exiting after the class (Some people won’t remember or notice, so please notice for them and remind them to shift!)
The room will be kept ventilated with a door open at either end. Don’t walk in through the ! (a little joke for the Prince fans)
Face masks will not be mandatory however you are welcome to wear one yourself. The teacher will be wearing a face mask while registering everyone but take it off to teach the class.
We will have a thermometer which we may zap you with to take your temperature, a big box of gloves, masks and hand gel which you are welcome to help yourselves to.
Mats will not be you will need to bring one for a Yoga class.
Everyone will stay a minimum of 2 meters away from each other, regardless of what Boris says.
I would prefer you to pay by bank transfer before you come but I really don’t mind taking cash or dealing with tickets, I’ll be gelling up all the time anyway. We are looking into contactless payment but nowhere we teach has Wi-Fi to authorise the payments, so we will continue to it!
Class numbers will not be restricted, judging by your feedback only about half of you are ready to return. I’ve asked for the bigger hall at the Priory and If it unexpectantly gets busy we have access to outside space, and I can send a small group into the car park or upstairs at St James Church if we need to. If we run into problems, I’ll change it.
I will ask everyone to register and take your phone number when you enter the class so please come and see me when you arrive.
Everything else will be taken care of by common sense and respect for each other. If you have any concerns or suggestions, you can let me know (and do let me know rather than grumble and say nothing!) and I’ll decide. Remember, I’m in charge. I think it’s for the best. ?
