Tai Chi Beginners 10 week introductory courses £45
Join one of our 10 week introductory courses where you will be taught the first section of the Yang style Tai Chi sequence.
The group will be lead by one of our senior instructors and you will learn in a group of other complete beginners starting the same course, so you will be in good company!
Over the first 10 weeks you will get to grips with the basics of movement, breathing and relaxation while gently exercising your body and calming your mind.
After the course finishes you just keep coming as a regular student and will be eligible for discounted classes.

If you do not see a session that suits you below you can email us email@example.com and we will tell you if another course is starting soon, but please remember you are welcome to start at any class at any time on our standard beginner’s 5 week offer, it just may not be with another group of beginners.
Start with a friend or two if you can as it helps with motivation and makes it more fun!
There is no need to book, you can just pay £45 for the course at the first class when you turn up, we can’t take cards but cash or a cheque is fine.
